Welcome to Kinder Academy Daycare & OSC!
My name is Hayfa Nooraldin, and I am proud to be the founder and director of Kinder Academy Daycare & OSC. For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of caring for, teaching, and supporting young children during some of the most important years of their lives. Early childhood education is not simply my profession—it is my passion, my purpose, and a lifelong commitment.
As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to find a place where your child feels safe, loved, and valued. I also understand the trust parents place in those who care for their children each day. That trust is something I never take for granted.
Kinder Academy was created with one simple vision: to provide children with a nurturing, welcoming environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive while giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is in caring and capable hands. Every child who walks through our doors is treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. We celebrate each child's unique personality, interests, and strengths while helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Over the years, I have had the joy of watching hundreds of children grow, develop new skills, and reach important milestones. Those experiences have shaped the values that guide Kinder Academy today—creating meaningful relationships with families, fostering a sense of belonging, and providing high-quality care that supports the whole child socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
At Kinder Academy Daycare & OSC, we strive to create a true home-away-from-home environment where children feel comfortable exploring, discovering, creating, and making lasting friendships. Our goal is for every family to feel welcomed, supported, and confident that their child is receiving the very best care possible.

My name is Divyaa, and I am proud to be part of the team at Kinder Academy Daycare & OSC.
Early childhood is one of the most important and meaningful stages of a child’s life. It is where confidence begins, where curiosity is shaped, and where a lifelong relationship with learning is formed. Being part of these early years is not just my work—it is a responsibility I carry with deep care, respect, and commitment.
Every day, I am reminded of the trust families place in us when they walk through our doors. I do not take that trust lightly. I understand that each child is someone’s whole world, and they deserve to be met with patience, kindness, and genuine attention.
My approach is centred on creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel emotionally secure enough to explore, ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. I believe children thrive when they are seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Through play-based and child-led learning, I aim to support not only their development but also their sense of identity and belonging.
I also place great importance on relationships—with children and with families. I believe strong communication, consistency, and partnership are at the heart of quality care. When we work together, children feel that sense of security across both home and childcare, which helps them flourish.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and capable. I am honoured to be part of their early journey and to witness the small and powerful moments that shape who they become.

Hello, my name is Thuy, and I am delighted to be part of the Kinder Academy Daycare & OSC family. Originally from Vietnam, I moved to Canada in 2017 and have continued to follow my passion for working with children ever since.
Before coming to Canada, I spent four years as a teacher in Vietnam, where I developed a deep appreciation for the important role educators play in a child's life. After arriving in Canada, I worked closely with families as a babysitter for three years, building strong relationships with children and gaining valuable experience supporting their daily routines, emotional well-being, and development. I later earned my Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification, along with my Early Childhood Education diploma, to further strengthen my knowledge and skills.
As someone who works with children every day, I understand that parents are entrusting us with what matters most to them. I believe that every child deserves to feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to be themselves. My goal is to create meaningful connections with each child so they feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their day.
I especially enjoy spending time outdoors with children, exploring nature, encouraging curiosity, and creating opportunities for hands-on learning. Some of my greatest joys come from watching a child accomplish something they once thought they couldn't do, develop a new skill, or gain confidence in themselves. These moments remind me why I chose this profession.
Currently, I provide individualized support to children, helping them build on their strengths while supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth. I believe every child learns differently, and I take pride in recognizing and celebrating each child's unique abilities and achievements.
